Renderface, which operates commercially under the names Renderface AI, is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides a modular prompt builder designed to create, structure, and optimize instructions for use in third-party AI-powered image generation tools and platforms.

The platform allows users to configure various visual, physical, aesthetic, and creative characteristics of a model, avatar, or composition in a structured way, generating advanced prompts that can later be used in external visual content generation services, such as Higgsfield, Magnific, or other compatible platforms.

Renderface It is designed to facilitate the creation and customization of hyperrealistic models and avatars for use in, among other purposes, the creation of UGC (User-Generated Content), advertising and marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and personal branding.

Renderface It serves solely as a tool for configuring, assisting with, and structuring prompts and does not provide, supply, or control the image-generation services offered by third-party platforms on which such prompts may be used. Access to, use of, and subscription to such external services shall be governed exclusively by the Terms and Conditions established by their respective providers.

These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you—whether acting on your own behalf or on behalf of an entity—and Renderface, and govern the terms and conditions of access to and use of the Services offered through the platform.

Accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using the Services implies that you have read and understood these terms, as well as your acceptance of their provisions and your commitment to comply with the conditions and obligations set forth therein.

If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must refrain from accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using the Services.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any other policies and terms that may apply to the Services, govern the relationship between Renderface and the user, without prejudice to the user’s rights under applicable law.

Users are advised to keep a copy of these legal terms for future reference.

Renderface provides its users with access to a SaaS platform that allows them to configure and structure prompts using a modular system, with the goal of facilitating the creation and customization of hyperrealistic models and avatars using third-party AI-based image generation tools.

Access to and use of the Services will be subject to the availability of the platform and the established terms and conditions. Renderface may update, modify, expand, or add new functionalities, features, or capabilities in order to improve its operation and the Services offered.

Renderface It does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Services or that they will remain unchanged; interruptions, modifications, or limitations may occur as a result of maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.

Use of the Services must comply with applicable law and these Terms and Conditions. The user is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services is lawful and appropriate for the purpose for which they were provided.

Intellectual Property

Renderface owns or holds the necessary rights and licenses for the elements that make up the platform and the provision of the service, including, but not limited to, the software, code, databases, structure, design, interface, text, graphics, content, logos, trade names, and other elements developed or incorporated by Renderface, without prejudice to any rights that third parties may have over certain elements or resources used under license.

These elements are protected by applicable laws regarding intellectual property, copyright, industrial property, trademarks, and other related rights. Unless expressly authorized by Renderface or where legally permitted, the user may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transform, publicly communicate, extract, reuse, or exploit the elements owned by Renderface beyond their ordinary use.

Access to, subscription to, and use of the Services do not imply the transfer, assignment, or grant to the user of any intellectual or industrial property rights regarding the platform, its software, design, structure, content, trademarks, or other elements owned by Renderface.

License Agreement

Provided that the user complies with these Terms and Conditions and retains the right to access the Services, Renderface grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose and the established terms and conditions.

This license does not grant the user any ownership rights to the platform or any of its components, and it will automatically terminate when the user's right to access the Services ends or is suspended.

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization from Renderface, the user may not:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform or any of its components;
• modify, adapt, transform, or create derivative works based on the platform;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code, except where permitted by applicable law;
• systematically extract, reuse, or exploit the platform's content, structures, databases, or features;
• sell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or make said Services available to third parties;
• use the trademarks, logos, trade names, or other distinctive elements of Renderface without prior authorization.

Renderface reserves all rights to the Services, content, features, trademarks, and other elements owned by it that have not been expressly granted to the user under these legal terms.

Any violation of the provisions regarding intellectual property may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Services, without prejudice to any other actions that Renderface may take in accordance with applicable law.

Prompts generated through the platform

Instructions generated through the modular constructor may be copied, modified, and used freely by the user on any third-party platforms the user deems appropriate, for both personal and commercial purposes, provided that such use complies with applicable law and the Terms and Conditions of those platforms.

Renderface It does not directly generate the images, models, or avatars that can be obtained by using the prompts. Such content is generated, if applicable, through third-party services used by the user, which operate independently.

The user is responsible for the use made of the prompts generated through the Services, as well as for the content subsequently created through external platforms. Renderface is not responsible for any decisions, configurations, modifications, or uses the user subsequently makes regarding such prompts, nor for the results obtained through third-party services.

Renderface Renderface does not claim ownership of the prompts generated by users through the Services, without prejudice to ’s rights regarding the platform, its architecture, structure, operation, rules, systems, databases, features, and other elements owned by it.

Suggestions and Comments

Any comments, suggestions, proposals for improvement, or feedback that the user voluntarily provides to Renderface via email at , hello@renderface.com, , and/or by filling out the contact form available on the websites , www.renderface.com/contacto,, may be used by Renderface to analyze, develop, and improve the Services, without this implying the transfer of the user’s rights to other content or materials owned by the user.

The user warrants that any suggestions or comments provided do not contain confidential information belonging to third parties and do not infringe on intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties.

By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using the Services, the user represents and warrants that:

• the information provided to Renderface during the registration or sign-up process is truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete, and you agree to keep it up-to-date as necessary;
• has sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract and use the Services, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• is at least 18 years old, as required by Renderface to use and subscribe to the Services;
• will use the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law; and
• You will respect the intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights of third parties when using the Services.

Renderface may suspend or terminate the user's account and restrict or prevent the user's access to the Services when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or that the user has violated these legal terms or applicable law.

To access and use certain features of the Services, users may be required to register and create an account. Users must also provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date as necessary.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Furthermore, the user must notify Renderface immediately upon becoming aware of or suspecting that their credentials have been used without authorization or that the security of their account has been compromised.

Users may not share, assign, transfer, sell, or make their login credentials available to third parties, nor may they use another person's account without authorization.

Renderface may suspend or terminate an account if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user has provided false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, has violated these terms, or has made fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the Services.

Renderface It also reserves the right to modify, remove, or reassign usernames when necessary for legal or security reasons, to prevent identity theft, or when they may be offensive, unlawful, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Access to Renderface and use of the Services are subject to payment of a monthly subscription fee corresponding to the selected plan.

The prices, features, and terms of each plan will be available on the platform at the time of sign-up. Prices will be listed in euros, unless expressly stated otherwise during the sign-up process, and applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed to the user in accordance with applicable law.

Subscription sign-ups and payment processing will be handled through , Lemon Squeezy, and , an external provider that acts as the Merchant of Record and manages payment transactions as well as the indirect taxes applicable to sales made through its platform.

The user must provide the information necessary to complete the sign-up and payment process and is responsible for ensuring that such information is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.

Payments will also be subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of Lemon Squeezy and, where applicable, those of the payment service providers involved in the transaction.

A subscription will be considered purchased once the purchase process is complete and the corresponding payment has been confirmed by Lemon Squeezy or the applicable payment service provider.

In the event that a payment transaction is rejected, canceled, or cannot be completed for any reason, Renderface may limit or prevent access to the features associated with the subscribed plan until the subscription is successfully completed, without prejudice to the user’s rights under applicable law.

Renderface It may correct obvious errors in prices or contract terms when they are detected, taking the appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions to the Services will be on a monthly basis, unless expressly stated otherwise during the sign-up process.

The subscription will automatically renew for successive one-month periods, unless it is canceled by the user or by Renderface in accordance with these legal terms and applicable law.

For subscriptions with automatic renewal, the user authorizes the charge of the amount corresponding to the selected plan via the chosen payment method, , on a monthly basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions displayed during the sign-up process.

Users can view the terms, price, and frequency of their subscription through their account and during the sign-up process.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time using the options available on the platform or, where applicable, through the options provided by , Lemon Squeezy, and .

Cancellation will prevent the automatic renewal of the subscription at the end of the billing period for which payment has already been made; however, access to the features included in the selected plan will remain available until the end of that period.

Cancellation of the subscription will not, in and of itself, result in a full or partial refund of the amount corresponding to the billing period that has already begun, unless such a refund is legally required or has been expressly provided for by Renderface.

The user must cancel the subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

Right of Withdrawal and Commencement of Service

When the user qualifies as a consumer, the applicable rights regarding withdrawal shall apply in accordance with applicable law.

Since the Services may begin immediately after the contract is entered into, Renderface may request the user’s express consent during the sign-up process to allow the provision of the Services to begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, as well as the user’s acceptance of the legal consequences provided for in such cases.

When the user exercises a legally applicable right of withdrawal, the conditions, effects, and obligations established by current legislation shall apply, depending on the nature of the Services and the extent to which the Services have been provided at the time of withdrawal.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the user’s rights in cases where the Services do not conform to the contract or where any other legal grounds for termination, refund, or restitution apply.

Rate Changes

Renderface It may change the rates for its plans, as well as introduce new plans or subscription options.

Price changes that affect an existing subscription will be communicated to the user prior to their effective date, when required by applicable law, specifying the new amount and the date on which it will take effect.

The user may cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect, in accordance with the cancellation terms and applicable law.

The user must use the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, and the purpose for which Renderface makes the Services available to the user.

Commercial use of the Services is permitted provided that it is in accordance with these terms and applicable law. However, the user may not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, or for any activities that may harm the operation, security, or integrity of Renderface.

In particular, the user may not:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, or in violation of applicable law;
• use the Services to infringe on intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy rights, data protection rights, or other legitimate rights of third parties;
• attempt to access, use, or manipulate accounts, features, systems, data, or resources on Renderface for which you do not have authorization;
• share, sell, assign, sublicense, transfer, or make available to third parties your access credentials or user account, or use another person's credentials or account without authorization;
• create or use accounts using false information, fictitious identities, or mechanisms designed to circumvent the limitations, restrictions, or terms and conditions of the subscribed plans;
• use bots, scripts, robots, scrapers, spiders, automation tools, data extraction systems, or other automated mechanisms to access, interact with, collect information from, or use the Services, unless expressly authorized by Renderface;
• engage in scraping, mass extraction, systematic collection, or any other form of automated or manual extraction of the platform’s prompt architecture, structures, rules, configurations, databases, functionalities, or other elements for the purpose of reproducing, exploiting, or using them outside the ordinary scope of the Services;
• attempt to discover, obtain, reconstruct, copy, or reproduce the internal logic, architecture, operating rules, generation systems, data structures, source code, or any other technical or functional element used by Renderface to provide the Services;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to obtain the source code of the platform or any of its components, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
• circumvent, disable, alter, or interfere with any technical measure, security system, authentication mechanism, usage limitation, access control, or measure intended to protect the Services;
• use the Services in a manner that could overload, saturate, impair, disrupt, or otherwise harm the operation of the platform, its servers, networks, systems, or related services;
• introduce, transmit, or attempt to introduce into the Services any viruses, malicious code, malware, Trojan horses, ransomware, or any other element designed to alter, damage, disrupt, or compromise the security or operation of the Services;
• use the Services to obtain information, credentials, personal data, or other information from third parties through deception, impersonation, phishing, or other unlawful means;
• impersonate another person, company, organization, or user, or use information that could mislead others regarding the user's identity or relationship with third parties;
• use the Services to harass, threaten, intimidate, harm, or cause harm to others;
• use the Services to generate or facilitate content that is clearly unlawful or whose creation, distribution, or use may constitute a violation of applicable law;
• use the Services for the purpose of circumventing filters, security measures, restrictions, or protective mechanisms implemented by Renderface or by third-party platforms on which the prompts generated through such Services may be used;
• use the Services to develop, train, test, market, or provide products or services that substantially replicate the architecture, functionalities, logic, or proprietary elements of Renderface, when such use involves the unauthorized extraction, reproduction, or exploitation of those elements;
• use the Services to compete unfairly with Renderface by unauthorized extraction, reproduction, or exploitation of its features, architecture, structures, databases, prompts, rules, or other protected elements;
• remove, hide, modify, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, intellectual property notices, or other legal notices included in the Services;
• use the Services to collect usernames, email addresses, or other user data for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or engaging in other unauthorized activities;
• engage in any other activity that could compromise the security, integrity, availability, or operation of the Services, or that could significantly harm Renderface, its users, or third parties.

Failure to comply with any of these prohibitions may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account and access to the Services, without prejudice to any other actions that Renderface may take in accordance with applicable law.

Renderface may take the technical and organizational measures it deems reasonably necessary to detect, prevent, and avoid fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the Services.

Prompts generated on Renderface may be used by the user on third-party platforms, applications, tools, or services, including those designed to generate images using artificial intelligence.

These services are independent and are subject to their own Terms and Conditions, privacy policies, and other applicable terms. Renderface does not control or interfere with their operation, availability, or provision.

The user is responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions applicable to any third-party services they choose to use and for ensuring that their use of the prompts and content generated through such services complies with applicable law and the terms and conditions established by the respective providers.

Renderface It shall not be liable for the results obtained through third-party services or for any incidents, changes, restrictions, or interruptions that may occur in such services.

Renderface may take any measures reasonably necessary to ensure the security, stability, availability, and proper functioning of the Services, as well as to prevent and detect fraudulent or abusive use or use that violates these Terms and Conditions.

In particular, it may:

• to technically monitor the operation of the Services and detect any potential uses that could compromise their security, stability, or integrity;
• perform maintenance, updates, repairs, improvements, or modifications to the Services, including the addition, modification, or removal of features;
• temporarily suspend access to the Services, in whole or in part, when necessary for reasons of maintenance, security, technical issues, updates, or circumstances that may affect their proper functioning;
• restrict, suspend, or terminate a user's access when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these legal terms, applicable law, or the terms of use for the Services;
• adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent, detect, and limit unauthorized access, fraudulent, abusive, or automated use, as well as any activity that could harm Renderface, its users, or third parties; and
• take any other measures reasonably necessary to protect the rights, interests, systems, infrastructure, and property of Renderface and to ensure the proper functioning of the Services.

When circumstances permit, Renderface will endeavor to notify users of any significant interruptions or changes to the Services, except in situations where immediate action is necessary for security, technical, or legal reasons.

Changes to the Services will be subject, where applicable, to the rights and guarantees granted to the user under applicable law.

Users' personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the provisions of the Privacy Policy available at and Renderface.

The Privacy Policy sets forth, among other things, what personal data may be processed, the purposes and legal bases for processing, the recipients of the data, retention periods, users’ rights, and, where applicable, international data transfers.

Users may view the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, as well as the Legal Notice, at any time on the Renderface website.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the terms, purposes, and legal bases set forth in the Privacy Policy of Renderface.

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect as long as the user accesses or uses the Services or as long as there are obligations that, by their nature, must remain in effect after the termination of the relationship between the parties.

The user may stop using the Services and cancel their subscription in accordance with the established terms and conditions.

Renderface may suspend or cancel an account, as well as restrict or prevent access to the Services, in the cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions, and when necessary in accordance with applicable law.

In particular, such measures may be taken in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of the Services, a risk to the security or integrity of the platform, or when necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Renderface, its users, or third parties.

When circumstances permit, we will endeavor to notify the user of the suspension or termination and the reasons for it, without prejudice to those cases in which it is necessary to take immediate action for security, technical, or legal reasons, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

The termination or suspension of access to the Services shall not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, must remain in effect following such termination.

Renderface may modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary to adapt them to legal or regulatory changes, modifications to the Services, technological changes, the addition of new features, or any other circumstance that constitutes a valid reason for updating them.

The updated version of the legal terms will be posted on the website or platform and will be available for review.

When a change is significant and applicable law requires that the user be notified in advance, Renderface will provide notice of the change with sufficient advance notice and through the appropriate means.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions will not affect the user's rights with respect to Services already contracted, when so provided by applicable law.

When a change substantially affects an existing subscription and applicable law grants the user a specific right as a result of such a change, Renderface will respect the applicable legal rights, including, where applicable, the right to terminate the contract.

Use of the Services after a new version of these terms takes effect will result in the updated version being applied, unless applicable law requires specific notice to or consent from the user.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that may apply to the user under the laws of the user’s country of habitual residence.

When the user qualifies as a consumer, no provision of these legal terms shall be intended to deprive the user of the rights to which the user is entitled under the applicable mandatory consumer and user protection laws.

When the user is not a consumer and the applicable law permits the choice of jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

In the case of users who qualify as consumers, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the applicable mandatory rules, and this clause shall not limit the consumer’s right to bring a claim before the courts with which they are legally entitled to do so.

Users may contact Renderface to submit any questions, issues, or complaints related to the Services through the contact methods listed in these Terms and Conditions or on the website.

Renderface will endeavor to address and handle complaints received in a reasonable manner and in good faith, providing the user with the information necessary to process them.

When the user qualifies as a consumer, he or she may also resort to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms that are legally available depending on his or her place of residence, the subject matter of the complaint, and the circumstances of the case.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the user's right to seek redress through the courts or other competent authorities, as appropriate.

Renderface It will provide the Services in accordance with the features, functionalities, and terms offered to the user at the time of signing the contract and in accordance with the legally required guarantees.

Renderface will take reasonable measures to maintain the Services in proper working order and to correct, within a reasonable time, any issues affecting their provision, in accordance with applicable law.

The Services are not guaranteed to be available on a permanent and uninterrupted basis, nor are they guaranteed to be free of errors or technical issues, without prejudice to any legally enforceable obligations and rights.

Prompts generated through the Services are instructions intended for use in third-party tools and platforms. Therefore, there is no guarantee that a particular prompt will produce a specific, identical, or predetermined result when used in such external services.

Furthermore, there is no guarantee that third-party platforms will accept, process, or interpret prompts generated through the Services in a specific way, nor that they will maintain their functionalities, models, policies, restrictions, or terms of use.

The foregoing limitations shall be without prejudice to the user’s rights under applicable statutory warranties and shall not exclude or limit any obligations or liabilities that cannot be legally excluded or limited.

Renderface It shall be liable to the user for the proper fulfillment of its obligations in connection with the Services, in accordance with applicable law and these Terms and Conditions.

Renderface will not be liable for any situations or outcomes that do not directly depend on its Services, particularly when they result from:

• interruptions, errors, modifications, or failures in third-party services, tools, or platforms;
• decisions, settings, modifications, or uses made by the user on external services or platforms; or
• use of the Services in violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

In particular, Renderface has no control over external platforms where users may use the generated prompts. Therefore, it shall not be liable for any images, models, avatars, or other results obtained through such platforms, nor for their terms of use, availability, operation, restrictions, policies, or modifications.

Furthermore, when the user is not a consumer and applicable law permits it, Renderface’s liability shall not include indirect or consequential damages—including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities—that are not a direct result of a breach attributable to Renderface.

The limitations of liability set forth in this section shall apply only to the extent that they are legally valid and shall not affect the user's rights or liabilities that, under applicable law, cannot be excluded or limited.

The user agrees that certain communications related to the Services may be made electronically, including via email, the user's account, or notices posted on the platform.

These communications may include information regarding your account, service sign-ups, subscriptions, payments, security, maintenance, issues, changes to the Services, and updates to these Terms and Conditions.

When applicable law requires that certain information be provided in writing or in a durable medium, it shall be provided using the legally appropriate means.

The user is responsible for keeping the email address associated with their account up to date and for reviewing communications related to the Services.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies and conditions expressly incorporated herein, constitute the agreement governing access to and use of the Services, without prejudice to any rights and obligations that may arise under applicable law.

Renderface's failure to exercise any right granted under these legal terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

If any provision of these terms is held to be wholly or partially void, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable, to the extent legally possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Renderface may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions when necessary in connection with a corporate transaction, business reorganization, transfer of assets or business, or when permitted by law, provided that such assignment does not prejudice the user’s rights.

The user may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms if such an action involves the transfer of their account or login credentials, unless authorized by Renderface or unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions do not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, representation, franchise, or employment relationship between Renderface and the user.
